Fewer homes selling
Third-quarter home sales fell in Will, Grundy and Kendall counties. In Will County, home sales shrank by 18.6 percent from 2,181 in the third quarter of 2007 to 1,776 in the third quarter of this year, according to the Illinois Association of Realtors.
